Courts
At Biberaj & Snow, we regularly appear in all levels of Loudoun County & Fairfax County Courts, and we are licensed to practice in all Virginia trial and appellate courts.
Please note that all local courthouses have increased their security measures in recent years. No recording equipment (including camera cell phones) of any kind is allowed in the courthouses, nor are any types of weapons or dangerous objects. Leave all such items at home or in your car. You will have to go through a metal detector and your bags will be x-rayed upon entry to any local courthouse.
Loudoun County Court Located in historic downtown Leesburg, the Loudoun County Courts Complex underwent significant renovation in the last few years. All courtrooms are located in the Main Court Building, with the exception of the Loudoun General District Court, which uses both the Main Court Building and the Old Historic Courthouse for its courtrooms. Fairfax County Court Located in Fairfax City at the Fairfax Government Center Complex, the Main Fairfax County Courts Building is currently being expanded and renovated. Currently, Fairfax General District and Circuit Courts are located in the Main Courts Building, while Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court is located in the Old Fairfax Courthouse.
