The new Loudoun County Adult Detention Center is located on the outskirts of town, near the Leesburg Airport off of Sycolin Road and approximately 2 miles from the Loudoun County Courthouse in downtown Leesburg.

    FROM THE COURTHOUSE:
  • Take Market Street East to Plaza Street
  • R turn on Plaza Street (south)
  • Follow Plaza Street through traffic light and across the Rt.7/Rt.15 By-pass (Plaza becomes Sycolin Road on other side of By-pass)
  • Continue on Sycolin Road about 3/4 of a mile to Loudoun Center Place
  • L turn on Loudoun Center Place
  • Go straight through 1st Stop sign, continue past County garage/gas facility
  • R at 2nd Stop sign
  • New ADC is on the left, clearly marked



    VISITATION DAYS / HOURS:
  • Females:
    • Monday 7:00-9:00 p.m.
    • Saturday 9:00-11:00 a.m.
  • Males:
    • A-G
      • Tuesday 7:00-9:00 p.m.
      • Saturday 1:00-3:00 p.m.
    • H-Q
      • Wednesday 7:00-9:00 p.m.
      • Sunday 9:00-11:00 a.m.
    • R-Z
      • Thursday 7:00-9:00 p.m.
      • Sunday 1:00-3:00 p.m.



    VISITATION RULES:
  • Only 3 visitors per visit and no one may visit under the age of eighteen unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors must be on the inmates’ visitation list and those between the ages of 15-18 will count as to the total number of visitors that is allowed on the list.
  • Visitors must present a picture Identification Card. Those without a valid photo I.D. will be denied visitation.
  • All visitors are subject to search!



    ADC RULES:
  • Telephone Calls: ALL JAIL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE RECORDED! Calls from inside the jail to the outside can only be made through a prepaid telephone account system provided through Inmate Telephone, Inc. (ITI). A telephone account can be set up prior to incarceration by calling: 1 (814) 949-3303, M-F, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. 
  • Clothing: Inmates may only bring the clothing on their back. Underwear must be white. May not bring extra. The only "extra" clothing allowed to be brought in is one set of “court clothes.”
  • Personal Items: Inmates may not bring anything in from the outside. No toiletries, books, magazines, paper, pens.
  • Medications: Any/all medications must be in the original, current prescription bottle/container, and will be provided to the LADC medical staff upon entry. It is strongly suggested that those with medical conditions requiring special care contact LADC medical staff in advance of incarceration whenever possible, and provide very specific written care instructions from your primary care provider.   • Money: The money a person has on him at the time will be put into his account and can be used to purchase toiletries, underwear, snacks, reading material from the LADC Canteen.  Visitors wishing to provide money must mail a money order (Money Orders are the only currency accepted) with the inmates name, which will be added to his inmate account.
